Large Sandblasting Cabinet

Some features of this cabinet are:

  • Two large side doors, right and left.
  • Pedal operated blast system.
  • Mylar protected blast window
  • 25 CFM Tungsten Carbide Nozzle
  • Includes dust collector (90 CFM)

The large doors allow easy access for getting parts in and out of your cabinet.  A pedal operated blast system is easier on the user during blasting.  Using your foot to activate the blast system instead of a hand operated trigger.  The mylar protection on the window limited abrasive contact with the window itself, making the life of the window much longer.  A 25 CFM tungsten carbide nozzle lasts longer than a steel or ceramic.  The included 90 CFM dust collector keeps the interior of the cabinet more visible during the blasting process.

Fully Assembled

Our equipment is fully welded.  Many competitive units require significant assembly.  Our sandblasting equipment is welded, sealed, and then powder coated.  This ensures that they do not leak.  Lesser units that require assembly leave bolt holes and other openings free for abrasives to pass through.  This poses a safety hazard as abrasives outside the cabinet can be slippery and a breathing hazzard.
