Blast Cabinet – Model 4224

The 4224 is one our most flexible bl cabinets available for sale today!  Because of its welded 16 gauge steel, this unit won’t leak.  Also included is a spring assist system that makes it easy to open and close the lid.  Additionally, the side door (right hand side) is constructed of the same steel as the cabinet.  As a result, the door is solid, will tightly close, and that means no leaks!

Fully Assembled Blast Cabinet

Cyclone sandblasting cabinets come fully assembled.  As a result you will not have to bolt on legs, tops, or side doors.  This means you spend more time blasting!

Sandblaster Dust Collector Included

The 4224 abrasive sand blast cabinet includes our powerful DC-1500 sandblast dust collector. The DC-1500 produces a powerful 90 CFM.  A sandblast dust collector which improves visibility inside the cabinet.

Blast Cabinet Features

The cabinet comes with a light receptacle and on/off switch.  The switch controls  an additional receptacle for the included sandblast dust collector. Therefore, you control the entire cabinet with one easy on/off switch location on the cabinet. Finally, the lid interacts with an air cut off safety valve.  If the lid is open, the valve cuts the air to the sandblast gun, thus reducing the risk of user injury. The 4224 comes complete with a trigger operated sandblast gun and ceramic nozzle.

Sandblast Gloves

Also included with the 4224 sandblast cabinet are comfortable rubber blast gloves that protect your hands.  They also are long enough to easily reach around inside the sandblast cabinet without opening the lid.  Finally, the 4224 includes oversize hand ports.  This makes it easier on the user to make adjustments while blasting.

Many Abrasive Media Choices

This sandblaster cabinet handles abrasives like white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet.  We supply a full catalog of abrasive media.  We do not recommend steel shot and under no circumstances should you ever use sand in an abrasive cabinet.  Read more here to learn about the dangers of using sand in an abrasive blasting cabinet.  Sandblasting Safety
