Description

Abrasive Blaster  Model 3000-SE

Search no more for an affordable abrasive blaster cabinet made in the USA.  Above all else, Cyclone sandblaster quality will not let you down.  First, our assembly is solid welded steel.  No bolts and no assembly.  Second, our sandblasting equipment is reliable so you blast longer.  Finally, Cyclone abrasive sandblaster cabinets come in a variety of configurations.

Assembly Matters

Not all abrasive blasters are the same.  Don’t be fooled by cheap sand blasters that require assembly.  For example, with other cabinets you may have to bolt doors and legs to cabinets.  That means you spend less time doing your work.  Additionally, imagine having dozens of bolt holes in a cabinet.  Those holes are prone to leaks.  Leaks can be a hazard to your health as well as a mess.  That’s where Cyclone sandblasting cabinets stands out.

First, we use 16 gauge steel for our cabinets and 1/8″ angle iron for our legs.  Second, we weld the abrasive blaster as a single unit.  Next, we seal it.  Finally, we powder coat the cabinet.  Because of this careful attention to detail our cabinets are truly different.  They arrive fully assembled at your door.  You just connect air, add media, and get to work.  Above all, our equipment is easy to setup and use and it looks good too!

Reliable Abrasive Blaster Cabinets

A reliable blast cabinet means spending more time working and less time taking care of your blaster.  Setting up and maintaining a Cyclone abrasive abrasive blaster is very easy.  In turn, that makes them reliable.  Setup requires only unwrapping the unit and placing it.  Next, connect air and electricity and add abrasives.  Then get blasting!

Our equipment requires minimal maintenance.  Easy to replace window shields ensure your view into the cabinet is always clear.  Next, replacing the wearable parts of the abrasive blaster gun is an extremely quick an easy process.  We have videos that show how here on our YouTube channel.  We carry all the parts you’ll ever need, in one spot, and with friendly customer service.

Flexible Abrasive Media Choices

Choose your favorite abrasive.  Use white or brown aluminum oxide, glass beads, silicon carbide, or blasting garnet.  Because we supply a full catalog of abrasive media we can help you get your job done.  However, we do not recommend steel shot.  Finally, under no circumstances use sand in a sandblast cabinet.  Certainly, we know that sounds strange.  Therefore, read more here (Sandblasting Safety) to learn about the dangers with sand (Silicosis).  Need help?  Contact us and we will assist you in selecting the correct abrasive for your application.
